When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use DHL for all shipments. The delivery time is up to 3-5 business days.

Please note that during busier periods and for personalised items, our delivery time may be extended. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

Please note that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the specified delivery address may sign for your delivery. We are not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for within a building, for example an office address provided for delivery.

Please make sure the destination country is selected correctly when placing an order. This is to ensure that no additional charges are applied at customs.
